The ambience of the hotel was fine, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The staff, particularly Ms. Chloe, were pretty good too ensure our stay was comfortable, even arranging transportation on short notice. Dining experiences were good with really good service.
In my wife's opinion, the electrical outlets could be better placed for families with kids.

Stunning and favourable location, to the nearby township. Based near the restaurant at check in, and a tea plantation which was stunning. The rooms with good bed.

beautiful building, the staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful
The hotel is very close to a very busy street. That's why the road noise is audible.

We were traveling as backpackers and booked this hotel as a stopover from Taman Negara to KL. Therefore we were in this hotel definitely the wrong client: D. The staff is very friendly and courteous. But you have to like this. For example, one of the plates is brought from the buffet to the square. For us that was definitely too much service. However, this is not a criticism, as there are certainly many hotel guests who like to be served.

Very beautiful Colonial charm. Hotel hv complimentary trail walk guided by Mr Madi, whose good knowledge of jungle made the trail walk very enjoyable. Hotel staff even washed our really soiled/muddy shoes aft we returned from trekking! Very impressed by the good service! Breakfast was good too. We enjoyed our stay tremendously! Definitely will return & recommend to friends :-)
The Hotel is kind of noisy it is right beside the main road. A lot of cars, trucks zooming by.. However, guess with the fantastic view of the golf course from all d rooms & nice weather in Cameron, that should not a main concern.

Great location for Cameron Highlands, close to the adjacent jungle, the restaurant which was excellent and the butterfly garden, tea plantations, tea factory, mossy forest, strawberry farm and bee farm which was amazing.

The venue is reasonably spacious and fairly clean with a great value and very nice and courteous staff. Scrumptious buffet breakfast with slices of fresh bread and pastries. Quiet and luxurious room. Marvellous location to all the tourist attractions of Cameron Highlands in a beautiful area.

Had an very nice vacation with friends! We explored beautiful strawberry farms and enjoyed a refreshing tea walk. The hotel staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for activities. Definitely try the hot pot. It was delicious! A great experience for a fun getaway.
We did hear some noise from the floor above us early in the morning, which interrupted our sleep. A bit disappointing, but we managed.

Very good service, you feel like a king here :) The staff is extremely courteous and the overall package is absolutely correct. The rooms are cozy and nicely decorated, the hotel facilities are very good (2 restaurants, bars, tearoom, shop etc.) and the food is absolutely recommended (especially the "steamboat" restaurant).
